Data & Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your VGS Hub data and account, and how to exercise your other data‑protection rights. It also serves as the data‑deletion instructions we provide to connected platforms (e.g. Meta).
1. Disconnect a platform (revoke access)
At any time you can open Settings → Connections in the App and disconnect any advertising or analytics account. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access and stops further data retrieval for that account. You can also revoke access from the platform's own security settings.
2. Delete your account and data
To delete your account and the associated data, send a request from your account email address to sales@vargasdigital.us with the subject "Delete my data". We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we act on the request. If you use VGS Hub inside someone else's workspace, ask the workspace owner to remove you, or write to us and we will contact them.
3. Deleting website‑visitor (Tracking) data
Where we process website‑visitor data on your behalf through the Tracking module, we act as your processor. You can request deletion of specific visitor records or of all Tracking data for a site by emailing sales@vargasdigital.us. If you are an end user of one of our customers' websites and want your data removed, please contact that website's operator (the controller); we will assist them in fulfilling your request.
4. Other GDPR rights
You may also request access to, correction of, restriction of, portability of, or objection to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Email sales@vargasdigital.us; we respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or your local authority.
