This policy explains how the VGS Hub application (vargasdigital.cloud) uses cookies and similar technologies. It complies with the EU ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. They let the application remember information such as your logged‑in session and preferences.

2. Cookies we use in the App

VGS Hub is a logged‑in business tool, so we keep cookies to a minimum. We do not run third‑party advertising or remarketing cookies inside the application.

3. Important: the Tracking module is different

The first‑party Tracking that customers deploy on their own websites is a feature of the Service - it is not a cookie that we set on visitors from this application. That tracking runs on the customer's website, under the customer's own cookie and consent banner, and is governed by our Data Processing Agreement. Each customer is responsible for the cookie notice and consent on their own site.

4. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete or be notified), or via private/incognito mode. Disabling strictly‑necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the App.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as the App or the law evolves; the current version is indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
